The emphasis of the manager’s services is to oversee the staff, Association funds and building maintenance.  He can be reached in the afternoon Monday thru Friday. Of course, they can also assist you with cardkeys, carts, parking (outside), directions and general information concerning the Shores and Coronado.

The Chief Engineers' primary concern is the maintenance of the common areas and all associated systems. While he does provide residents with help in the units this is a secondary concern. However, if it is an emergency or might possibly affect other units in an adverse way he will make it his primary concern.
